How to overcome your fears...

Many times we are faced with things that create fear in us. Somethings it sis difficulty to find a solution and we try to avoid it. It’s normal to have fears, however, when you allow the fear to overtake your life and affect your functioning, they become a problem. Sometimes it affects our relationship with others and even our work performance. Fear can be a response to a perceive threat. This means that fear can be the possible outcome of any dreadful event. Fear causes a change in brain and organ function and ultimately a change in behavior, such as running away, hiding or freezing from traumatic events. Most times instead of us to boldly face the fear, we try to run away from it. A good thing about fears is that if you face them courageously,they face away but on the other hand if we fail to tackle the fear, they grow and are able to hold you back from any progress. The first and most important thing to do when faced with fear is to recognized the presence of the threat or the event that creates the fear. Making up your mind to get the solution is important to eliminate the fear. 4 Talk about it>>>By doing this, you will get many response and suggestions that you can pick the best from but don't allow pity from friends to way you down. 5 Take action>>>>This is the time you tackle the problem. From the information you gathered, select the best method that will be suitable to tackle it. 6 Being positive>>>staying positive will help you to avoid those negative thoughts that will make the situation worse. 7 Take time out>>>Exercise yourself, work out, relax and have good time with friends.
