Messi netted two to give Barcelona a win at the Emirate Stadium>>>>>

Two late goals from Lionel Messi gave Barcelona an advantage as the Spanish giant beat Arsenal 2-0 in the first leg of round sixteen Champion's League encounter. Messi had to wait until the 71st minute to beat the former Chelsea goal keeper for the first time in seven games, then later came back to seal the game with a penalty when he was foul by the substitute Flamini inside the 18 yard box. The Gunners came close many times but couldn't get the necessary touches to finish in front of the opponent's goal-post. Both teams played their best and were discipline at the back while creating a couple of chances. The first half of the game ended in a goalless draw with both teams failing to produce a goal. This result means Arsenal is on their way out unless they are going to play their magical football in Spain during the second leg.>>>>>chipelez.blogspot.com
