Obi's goal not a enough to rescue Chelsea>>>>>

>>>>John Mikel Obi produced a sensational goal for his side during their visit to Parc des Princes but was not enough to rescue Chelsea as they were beaten 2-1 by the home side. The Nigeria international was penalized for bringing Lucas Moura down outside the 18 yard box and also deflected  Zlatan Ibrahimovic's free-kick Thibaut Courtois for PSG's opening goal. He made some crucial tackles in the game but the sensational moment came when the 28 years old Nigerian International struck home to give Chelsea the equalizer, taking advantage of the slack in the home side defense in the penalty box. Substitute Edinson Cavani netted a  superb late goal to make sure the home side snatched all the three points in the game. According to John Mikel Obi, it was unfortunate that Chelsea lost the game, however they have to hold onto the vital away goal and will have to capitalize on it when play PSG at home during the second leg. The game ended 2-1 in favor of the home side.
